2779 283 146 2022 11/09/2022 November Repair OTD U Moyao 11/16/2022 12:00 AM 11/20/2022 02:44 PM Customer reports that their lights were installed yesterday, and the installers have them powering at two outlets. The lights are supposed to be tied together and power with a single plug at the outlet on garage wall next to the gutter. They have one powering at the correct outlet, but the second is powering on our front porch. The installers did the same thing last year and were sent back out to fix it. While they are back out correcting the power there are a few bulbs that I noticed were burnt out.

3500 283 146 2023 10/10/2023 October Repair OTD Clay Lee 10/10/2023 12:00 AM 10/12/2023 01:35 PM This is what the customer wrote this morning (10/10/23): The lights were installed yesterday and they are being powered off of more than one outlet. This is a reoccurring issue and has had to be corrected the last couple of times. They have one of the strands powering on the front porch and stappled to the house. Please make sure this is removed along with the staples. All of the lights should be tied together and powered at the outlet in the front of the house like the diagram shows. The correct outlet is in the middle of the front of the house by the gutter next to the double windows. One of the wires is setup to power at the correct outlet. the rest of the wires just need to be powered off of each other. There is also a long wire hanging from the back of the house up on the upper roof and needs to be corrected as well. Thank you. There are a lot of burned out lights that need to be fixed. Clay: Fix the wires that are unsightly that he mentions. As far as the power do NOT run them all on one line. BUT split the power in half and run both power lines down to the socket where he wants them plugged in. Thanks, Randy

I am not sure if you send a crew back out to check burned out bulbs, but we have several. We will not be turning the lights on until after Thanksgiving. Therefore, no hurry on correcting them, but I wanted to make sure they are replaced before Thanksgiving. Pictures of the one's I noticed are attached. Thank you!
