Yesterday 1/27/2024 , your crew came out and removed our holiday roof lights. This was despite the message I sent you on 12/18/2023 that we would no longer be using your services and thus you did not need to remove our holiday lights. I would like our lights returned immediately and I would like you to acknowledge this message and the voice message I left you as well. Thank You.
